APPLE/PEANUT BUTTER SLICES:

Pick out your favorite apple type. Even better if you go apple picking and make these when you get home. Take out your favorite peanut butter, and if it was refrigerated let it sit out about 10 minutes to get to room temperature where it’s easier to spread.  The apple needs to be sliced (use a grown up for help).  Use a frosting spreader or butter knife to spread the peanut butter on the apple slices. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, brown sugar, gimmies, etc. to dress it up. Enjoy!

AMBROISA (am-bro-sha):

Ingredients:
1 pkg mini marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple
1 container sour cream
1 can fruit cup assortment
1 cup coconut

Mix all the ingredients together, stir gently, refrigerate for about 1 hour and eat. It’s delicous!

FAJITA WRAPS (fa-he-ta):

Take a fajita and lay it flat on the plate.
Use a spreader to put on some mayonnaise or salad dressing if you like.
Fill it up with different stuff. There’s always stuff in the refrigerator to put on a fajita!
If you like turkey, use a few slices of turkey breast, some lettuce, cheese, tomato.
If you are a PB&J fan, spread peanut butter on one half and jelly on the other.
Maybe some sliced hard boil eggs and lettuce?
Fruit lover - some slices of apples, strawberries, bananas are great.

When you’re done putting on the things that you like, roll it up and eat!  Quick, easy, so tasty!

ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZAS:

Ingredients:
English Muffins (pre-sliced)
pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese shredded
parmesano or romano grated cheese

Put English Muffins on a cookie sheet (if using a toaster oven or regular oven) or microwave safe dish (if using microwave). Spread pizza sauce - leftover spaghetti sauce works great. Add generous helping of shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle grated cheese on top.  Heat until cheese melts.  So yummy!

EASY NO BAKE BANANA PIE:

Ingredients:
Graham Cracker Pre-made Pie Crust
1 large banana (sliced by a grown up)
1 tub Cool Whip
1 container Whipped Cream Cheese
1 cup Sugar
Caramel Ice Cream Topping
3 nice Strawberries (fresh)
1 mint leave (fresh)

In a separate bowl combine the Cool Whip, Whipped Cream Cheese and Sugar.  Whip with whisk until smooth and creamy, or use a blender with supervision.  Put mixture aside.  Lay the banana slices at the bottom of the pie crust. Scoop on cream cheesy mixture, and smooth it out so it’s flat on top. Decorate with the 3 strawberries and mint leaf at the center.  Drizzle Caramel across top of pie.  Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.

BLUEBERRY FRESH CANTELOPE:

Ingredients:
1 container fresh blueberries (washed)
1/2 fresh Cantelope
2 nice Strawberries

Scoop out some of the fresh cantelope to make a bowl out of the half.  Fill with the fresh blueberries.  Top with the strawberries. An adult can help you sculpt the half cantelope bowl with a diamond shape or different border. Eat up - so healthy too!
